ETIAS is not running yet. The EU has not published a start date and says it will announce one several months before launch. EuroReady shows the official position and press reports as two separate things, clearly labelled, so you can see which is which. When a date is announced, the app updates itself and can notify you.
When ETIAS does open, the official application fee is EUR 20, paid to the EU on the official site. Sites charging considerably more are middlemen adding their own service fee on top. EuroReady links only to the official EU domain, so you do not end up on one of them by accident.
